Customer Service Team Member delivering fast, friendly service at express and full-service locations.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide excellent, people-first service
Explain available wash options and recommend appropriate services
Safely guide vehicles through the wash process
Process payments accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient site
Support a positive customer experience from entry to completion

Qualifications & Skills

Friendly, helpful attitude and strong customer service skills
Ability to work outdoors, stay active, and remain alert
Comfort guiding vehicles safely and following safety practices
Basic comfort with handling transactions and payments
Reliable, team-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn
