Job Description

Role: Surgical Tech II – Cardiovascular

Support complex cardiac and vascular procedures by preparing and maintaining the operating room and ensuring strict sterile technique.

Key Duties

Prepare operating rooms and maintain sterile fields throughout open-heart and endovascular cases.
Anticipate surgeon needs and assist during cardiovascular procedures.
Handle and maintain specialized cardiovascular instruments and equipment.
Assist with room turnover and ensure readiness for subsequent procedures.
Support accurate counts and complete required documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

Strong knowledge of surgical instrumentation and cardiovascular procedural support.
Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain sterile technique consistently.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
