Surgical Tech II – Cardiovascular supports complex cardiac and vascular procedures in advanced operating rooms.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare the OR for cardiovascular cases
- Assemble, arrange, and manage specialized cardiovascular instruments and supplies
- Maintain strict sterile technique before, during, and after procedures
- Anticipate and respond to surgeon and surgical team needs throughout surgery
- Collaborate with nurses, anesthesiologists, and surgeons to promote safety and quality
- Contribute to excellent patient outcomes in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Strong knowledge of cardiovascular surgical instruments and setup
- Proven attention to detail and ability to maintain sterility
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and readiness to adapt in high-acuity cases
- Commitment to continuous learning and quality improvement
