Change Management Lead

In this role, you will lead change management initiatives for client implementations of managed service provider (MSP) and vendor management system (VMS) programs. You will shape tailored adoption strategies, develop engaging training resources, and deliver clear communications that help clients, suppliers, and internal teams navigate change successfully. Working closely with implementation project managers, program operations, and technology teams, you will ensure stakeholders are informed, prepared, and engaged throughout each rollout. You will also guide program branding, identify adoption risks, and develop practical engagement activities that build trust and encourage sustained usage. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across multiple client implementations and overlapping project timelines.
