Job Description

The Clubhouse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily clubhouse operations, amenities, staff, resident programs, and events while ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. This position will be Monday - Friday 6am-2pm.

Key Responsibilities

Manage clubhouse operations and supervise staff, ensuring excellent customer service and professionalism.
Conduct daily facility inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly.
Ensure clubhouse amenities, equipment, pool operations, and common areas are clean, safe, and fully functional.
Welcome new residents and assist with resident inquiries and concerns.
Coordinate party room rentals, including contracts, inspections, and deposit refunds.
Plan, organize, promote, and attend resident events, with a minimum of three community events per month.
Maintain event inventory and purchase supplies as needed.
Recruit, interview, train, schedule, and supervise clubhouse employees.
Prepare employee schedules and ensure adequate staffing during operating hours.
Create and distribute the monthly newsletter and maintain community bulletin boards.
Enforce clubhouse rules and safety procedures in a professional manner.
Build positive relationships with residents, staff, and local emergency services.
Provide weekly status updates to management and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Customer service and event planning experience preferred.
Ability to multitask and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when needed.
Proficient in basic computer programs, email, and administrative tasks.
