Job Description
About Renegade Brands
Founded in 2012 and proudly headquartered and manufactured in Cleveland, Ohio, Renegade Brands is an industry-leading high-performance laundry chemical company. Born in the professional sports laundry market, we're not an average chemical company. We've conquered the toughest stains and odors across the NFL, NBA, NCAA, and MLB over the past decade, and now apply that expertise across the hospitality, healthcare, laundromat, senior living, and other commercial industries.
Why Renegade Brands
We move fast, but we're still process-driven — you'll have the structure and support to do the job right, without getting buried in bureaucracy. You'll have direct access to leadership and the autonomy to run your territory like it's your own business.
We're growing quickly and investing heavily in new markets, which means real opportunities to advance — for reps who want to build a career here, not just a job.
Position Overview
The Commercial Sales and Service Representative is responsible for selling and servicing Renegade's full product line to new and existing commercial accounts, with a focus on athletics, senior living, hospitality, healthcare, and laundromat laundry markets.
This role builds and manages a book of business through prospecting, relationship management, and hands-on service, while also installing and servicing Renegade's laundry dispensing equipment at customer sites.
Job Responsibilities
• Sell the full Renegade product line to new and existing customers.
• Develop a key sales prospect list, establish relationships, sell new customers, and service current customers.
• Sell into athletic departments, senior living, hospitality, healthcare, and laundromat accounts, building on Renegade's decade of experience in the NFL, NBA, NCAA, and MLB laundry markets.
• Install and service laundry dispensing equipment.
Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of experience in B2B account management, sales, and technical service of laundries, or similar chemical experience. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing experience is a plus.
What Success Looks Like
In this role, success is measured by:
• Consistent growth of new, independently sourced accounts each quarter.
• Strong retention and satisfaction across your assigned book of business.
• Reliable, high-quality installation and service of dispensing equipment.
• Building a reputation as a trusted technical resource for your customers, not just a vendor.
Requirements
• Completed High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum one year of industry experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs
• Self-motivated, team-player attitude who offers unsolicited suggestions and ideas
• Previous business-to-business, value-added sales experience
• Mechanical ability (plumbing, electrical, and/or mechanical experience) and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and repair equipment and dispensing systems
• Ability to lift and/or carry 50 pounds frequently, 75 pounds maximum
• Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
• Willingness to work off-hours (evenings, weekends) when needed for major installs
