Role Description The Commission Sales Associate is a full-time remote role responsible for driving sales of JAMIE SADOCK RESORTWEAR collections through proactive outreach and relationship-building with new and existing customers. Day-to-day tasks include engaging customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings, presenting product features and benefits, and following up on leads to close sales. The role involves maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, tracking personal sales performance, and collaborating with internal teams to support promotions and new product launches. The Commission Sales Associate will represent the brand’s aesthetic and values, provide service-oriented support, and consistently seek opportunities to grow revenue and expand the customer base.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer engagement skills, including consultative selling, prospecting, and relationship management.
• Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain product features clearly and persuasively in verbal and written formats.
• Organization and time management skills, including handling multiple leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in a remote environment.
• Comfort with digital tools and remote work platforms, such as CRM systems, email, video conferencing, and basic office software.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in fashion, apparel, or retail environments, especially lifestyle or performance wear.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Prior commission-based sales experience is preferred but not required; high school diploma or equivalent is expected.
