What Good Care Looks Like
Good care is specific. It is the right medication, for the right person, at the exact right time, and someone following up to make sure it actually worked.
That follow-through is where the system usually breaks down, and it is where Clarest steps in. We manage medication for patients across long-term care, assisted living, and at home, building the technology that keeps all three connected so no one gets handed off and forgotten.
None of that happens without the people doing it, which is why we hold ourselves to the same standard with our own. Paid time off increases the longer you are here, life insurance is company-paid, and for associates who enroll in our health plan, a dedicated nurse advocate and no-cost telehealth extend to eligible dependents as well. Careers here move in more directions than most people expect, and many of our leaders started in the roles we are hiring for now.
Power the secure flow of controlled medications from fulfillment to delivery
As a Control Room Technician, you play a critical role in the safe and accurate fulfillment of controlled substance medications for long-term care facilities and senior living communities. Working behind the scenes, you package, label, document, and stage medications while maintaining strict chain-of-custody and inventory controls. Your attention to detail helps pharmacists, nurses, caregivers, and patients receive the medications they depend on without interruption.
Unlike similar pharmacy technician roles in retail settings, this position operates within a closed-door pharmacy environment focused exclusively on serving long-term care and senior living communities. Rather than interacting with walk-in customers, you'll work as part of a specialized team managing controlled substance fulfillment, regulatory compliance, inventory accuracy, and medication distribution processes that directly support patient care across multiple healthcare facilities.
What You'll Do
From medication packaging to inventory management, you'll help keep critical pharmacy operations running smoothly and efficiently.
We are building something worth staying for. Good care for patients, real support for the people who deliver it, and room to grow into more than the role you came in for. Apply today.
Clarest Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Reasonable accommodations will be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to participate in the application process and perform essential job functions. If you require an accommodation, please notify our Human Resources team.
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
