Key Responsibilities

Prepare meals using standardized recipes and ensure consistent quality
Accommodate special diets and resident dietary needs
Practice safe food handling and maintain strict sanitation
Accurately portion food and plate meals attractively
Collaborate with dietary and nursing staff to support resident care
Assist in guiding junior kitchen team members
Contribute to a positive, team-focused kitchen culture grounded in dignity, respect, and excellent service

Qualifications & Skills

Strong food preparation skills with attention to portioning and presentation
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices
Ability to follow recipes and adjust for special diets
