Role Description We are seeking a Corporate Travel Advisor as a full-time/part-time, on-site role based in Albuquerque, NM. This role is responsible for coordinating and booking domestic and international business travel, including air, hotel, ground transportation, and related services. Daily tasks include using travel booking systems, monitoring changes or disruptions, and proactively communicating updates to travelers. The role also involves maintaining accurate client records, supporting expense and documentation processes, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a commitment to responsive, professional support.
• Use of GDS or equivalent booking tools.
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with corporate travelers, client contacts, and internal team members.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple itineraries and deadlines simultaneously.
• Prior experience in corporate or business travel advising is preferred; experience in hospitality or tourism is beneficial.
• Basic proficiency with office software and online travel platforms; ability to learn new systems quickly.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certification in travel, hospitality, or business is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Albuquerque, NM, and maintain reliability in scheduling and attendance.
