CRM Manager

The Role

• Lead the strategy, architecture, and execution of a comprehensive marketing technology ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration across CRM, data lakes, and customer data platforms.

• Oversee the roadmap for marketing automation and data management, driving operational maturity and data-informed decision-making.

• Manage and mentor a technical team, fostering mastery in marketing automation tools and data governance best practices.

• Serve as a strategic technical liaison across marketing, IT, and analytics departments to translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions.

• Ensure system integrity, data accuracy, and high-performance standards across all digital engagement channels.

What You'll Need

• 7–10 years of experience in CRM-related roles, including 2–3 years in a management or leadership capacity.

• Proven expertise in managing enterprise-level marketing technology platforms, specifically within the Salesforce ecosystem and integrated data environments.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to navigate complex data architectures and cross-functional stakeholder requirements.
