The position focuses on managing multiple client implementations, addressing customer inquiries with urgency, troubleshooting operational and technical issues, and coordinating across internal teams to ensure reliable service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver prompt, thoughtful, and actionable responses to customer inquiries while maintaining high written communication standards.
  • Take complete ownership of incoming customer requests through full resolution, including cross-functional coordination with other internal teams.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues, investigate root causes, and proactively communicate status updates to customers.
  • Manage high volumes of client communications, requests, and competing priorities, triaging and organizing incoming items daily.
  • Track open action items, questions, and project milestones to ensure all commitments are met on schedule.
  • Identify recurring issues and contribute to improving operational workflows, customer-facing documentation, and internal processes.
  • Help build repeatable, scalable systems to increase the efficiency of onboarding and customer support operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple customers, projects, or workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics simply and professionally.
  • Strong proficiency with customer support platforms, customer relationship management (CRM) software, spreadsheets, and project management systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new software platforms and workflows quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to resolving problems independently in an evolving environment.
  • Current use of or willingness to use artificial intelligence productivity tools, such as Claude or ChatGPT, to enhance workflow efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-growing startup, B2B SaaS organization, financial technology company, or healthcare technology company.
  • Familiarity with healthcare billing, revenue cycle management, or financial operations.
