We are seeking dependable, energetic Customer Service Representatives to join our Domino’s team. This position plays a critical role in delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and operational standards.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Take accurate orders in-store and by phone in English and Spanish
- Resolve customer concerns respectfully and efficiently
- Maintain a positive and professional store image at all times
- Prepare products according to Domino’s standards
- Maintain store cleanliness throughout shift
- Follow strict money handling guidelines
- Wear Domino’s-approved uniform
- Apron required when handling food
- Bike drivers must wear helmets
- Maintain professional language (no profanity or inappropriate content)
- Fluent in English
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills
