Role Description Our Customer Care team works on-site. This position is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and other channels, addressing inquiries about orders, products, and account information. Day-to-day tasks include answering customer questions, resolving customer issues and providing detailed order status throughout the process with clear and professional communication. The role also involves monitoring customer feedback, supporting continuous service improvements, and maintaining a courteous and helpful presence with every interaction.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Customer Service and Customer Support to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Experience focused on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience to build positive, long-term client relationships.
• Prior work as a Customer Service Representative or similar customer-facing role in wholesale, retail, or related fields - is preferred but not a required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and professionally.
• Comfort using computers and customer management systems; ability to learn new software and tools quickly.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or experience in customer service or business is beneficial.
