The YMCA Men's Residence is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding service while helping maintain a safe, welcoming environment for residents and visitors. Essential Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and visitors while providing professional and friendly customer service.
• Answer, screen, and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.
• Process rental payments accurately and maintain detailed ledger and receipt records.
• Document important shift information to ensure seamless communication between staff members.
• Distribute and collect keys in accordance with established procedures.
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and correspondence.
• Monitor security cameras and report concerns according to residence policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
• Assist with emergency response procedures and incident documentation when required.
• Protect resident privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  
  

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Cash-handling experience and attention to detail with recordkeeping and documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic computer applications.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Reliable judgment and a commitment to safety and security.
  
  

Compensation & Schedule

$10.00-$11.00 per hour

Part-time Position With Rotating Schedules, Including

• Day shifts
• Evening shifts
• Weekends
