Store Operations Associate

Support daily operations of a self-storage facility while delivering exceptional customer service. Greet and assist customers, explain storage options, and guide them through rentals. Handle payments and manage move-ins and move-outs, ensuring accurate records and proper documentation.

Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized property by performing basic inspections, monitoring facility conditions, and addressing operational needs. Support sales objectives by upselling and cross-selling storage-related products and services.

Key Qualifications & Skills

Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to explain storage solutions clearly
Comfort with processing payments and completing rental paperwork accurately
Attention to detail and commitment to accurate recordkeeping
Basic inspection and facilities maintenance awareness
