Title : Data Engineer with Snowflake

Location : San Antonio, TX (Only Local Candidates Onsite)

Rate :- $58/Hr on C2C

Relevant Experience (in Yrs.) : 7+

Detailed Job Description:

• Design, build, and operate Snowflake + dbt pipelines that produce datasets and feeds for downstream consumers.
• Own data quality, freshness, and lineage for critical tables; implement tests and monitoring that protect rating accuracy.
• Hands on in building Data quality or similar framework within the data pipleine using DBT is mandatory.
• DQ controls should include uniqueness, row count, duplicates, threshold checks, typelist checks and others.
• Orchestrate batch and near-real-time jobs with Control-M; manage deployments through GitLab CI/CD.
• Build and use VS Code Copilot skills (prompt files + MCP) for pipeline generation, test creation,
• troubleshooting, and operational tasks to reduce manual effort.
• Partner with business and stakeholders to translate Data quality requirements into reliable data products.
• Set engineering standards for the program (modeling, testing, documentation, GitLab workflow) and mentor engineers on Copilot skill development and use.
