Dental Scheduling & Insurance Coordinator

We’re looking for a Dental Scheduling & Insurance Coordinator who brings a positive attitude, strong front-office experience and a heart for serving patients. If you take pride in what you do, enjoy connecting with people and believe a great team can make all the difference, we’d love to meet you.

In this role, you’ll help patients navigate their dental care—from scheduling appointments to understanding insurance benefits and moving forward with recommended treatment.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome patients and help create a warm, positive experience.

• Coordinate and maintain a productive doctor and hygiene schedule.

• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits before appointments.

• Present treatment plans and financial estimates clearly and compassionately.

• Help patients understand their options and schedule recommended care.

• Follow up on unscheduled treatment and answer patient questions.

• Work closely with the clinical team to keep communication and patient care flowing.

• Manage patient information and front-office responsibilities in Dentrix Ascend.

• Support insurance claims and patient-account follow-up as needed.

What You’ll Bring

• Dental front-office experience, including scheduling, insurance verification and treatment presentation.

• Experience with Dentrix Ascend.

• Bilingual communication skills.

• A positive attitude and a genuine love for helping people.

• Strong organization, communication and follow-through.

• A team-first mindset and willingness to support coworkers.

• Confidence discussing treatment and financial information with patients.
