About the Opportunity

Two Ten Footwear Foundation is seeking a detail-oriented Development Coordinator to support its fundraising team and mission of helping people in the footwear community.

Reporting to the VP of Development, this is a hands-on development support position combining donor database maintenance, gift and acknowledgment administration, financial tracking and event coordination. You will keep records accurate, follow through on outstanding items and help the team meet recurring deadlines.

This role is well suited to someone who enjoys organized, detailed work and can independently manage established processes after learning Two Ten’s systems and procedures.

What You’ll Do

Maintain accurate donor records and communications

  • Enter and update donor contact information, gifts, pledges, event participation and communication history in Salesforce.
  • Prepare donor acknowledgments, thank-you correspondence and other development communications.
  • Produce donor lists, mailing files and routine reports, checking information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify duplicate, missing or inconsistent information and coordinate corrections.

Support financial tracking and Finance coordination

  • Track gifts, pledges, sponsorship commitments and payments, distinguishing outstanding commitments from funds received.
  • Organize invoices, expenses and supporting documentation for review and processing.
  • Compare development records with financial information, investigate discrepancies and coordinate resolution with Finance.
  • Maintain clear records of outstanding items, follow-up dates and completed actions.

Coordinate events and team administration

  • Support event registration, guest lists, invitations, materials, vendors and sponsor details.
  • Assist with event preparation, on-site execution and post-event follow-up.
  • Maintain calendars, trackers and shared files so deadlines and responsibilities remain visible.
  • Communicate progress, flag issues early and follow through on requests from colleagues, donors and partners.

What You’ll Bring

  • Approximately 1–3 years of relevant experience in development support, nonprofit administration, events, financial administration or a related coordination role.
  • Evidence of personally maintaining accurate records, tracking deadlines and completing recurring administrative work.
  • Practical experience using a CRM, donor database or comparable records system.
  • Comfort working with invoices, payments, expenses or other financial documentation.
  • Working proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including sorting, filtering and checking records and totals.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
  • Sound judgment when handling confidential donor and financial information.
  • The ability to balance routine processing with event deadlines, clarify priorities and keep your manager informed.

Salesforce and direct fundraising experience are preferred. Experience with another donor database or strong transferable systems and administrative skills will also be considered.

Work Arrangements

This position requires dependable availability during the agreed work schedule, participation in scheduled meetings and accurate recording of all hours worked. Occasional travel and event support are required.
