Job Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineering teams in DevOps practices, including Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD).
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve software delivery pipelines and system reliability.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and other engineering teams to design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure.
• Ensure effective monitoring, logging, and performance tuning of applications and underlying infrastructure.
• Manage and optimize the use of configuration management tools and version control systems.
• Drive initiatives focused on automating and improving existing operational processes.
• Facilitate effective communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in DevOps, and advocate for adoption where beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in software development and 3+ years in a DevOps or managerial role.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.
• Experience with configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet).
• Solid knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on optimizing processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
