Company Description Royal Inn Hotels & Residences is a Cairo-based hospitality management company specializing in boutique hotel ownership and operations. The company currently manages Royal Inn Residence Nasr City with 13 rooms and Royal Inn Residence New Cairo with 36 serviced units. With two additional boutique hotels under renovation in Abdeen and Heliopolis, Royal Inn is expanding its footprint in Cairo’s growing boutique hospitality market. Role Description The Director of Investments & Strategy is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading Royal Inn’s investment planning, financial modeling, and strategic growth initiatives. This role oversees evaluation of new hotel projects, conducts market and feasibility studies, and manages investment proposals and capital allocation across current and future properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining financial models, analyzing returns and risk, preparing investment memoranda and presentations, and advising leadership on portfolio optimization. The director will collaborate closely with founders and operations teams to align investment decisions with brand positioning, performance targets, and long-term growth objectives. The role also includes monitoring existing investments, tracking key performance metrics, and recommending strategic adjustments based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Investment Management and Investments, including experience evaluating hospitality or real estate opportunities and managing portfolios.
• Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills and Finance capabilities, such as financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and ROI assessment.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Investment Strategies, including capital allocation, risk management, and long-term value creation.
• Experience in hospitality, real estate, or asset-heavy industries is highly beneficial.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools; familiarity with valuation methods and scenario planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; a master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and communicate complex financial insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
