This is
a
n exciting opportunity for a beauty industry professional who loves building relationships, developing retail partnerships, educating teams, and bringing a brand to life in-store.
What You
’
ll Do:
✨ Drive sales growth and performance across your assigned territory, with a focus on Ulta Beauty.
✨ Build strong relationships with Ulta District Managers, store leadership, beauty advisors, and salon teams.
✨ Execute engaging in-store events, trainings, product education, and brand activations.
✨ Analyze sales performance, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to achieve and exceed goals.
✨ Inspire and educate store teams on JVN Hair products, haircare, styling, and scalp health.
✨ Manage territory budgets, field activities, and reporting while maximizing sales impact.
What We’
r
e Looking For:• Experie
nce in beauty retail sales, education, or field management.• Strong
understanding of Ulta Beauty and the prestige beauty industry.• A prove
n track record of driving sales and achieving goals.• Excelle
nt communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.• A self-
starter who is organized, adaptable, collaborative, and passionate about beauty.• Ability
to travel throughout the Southeast, including evenings and weekends.* You mus
t have drivers License and Car.
