Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Electrician role based in Cape Coral, FL. The Electrician will install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, panels, outlets, fixtures, and related components in residential and commercial properties. Daily responsibilities include reading and interpreting blueprints and technical diagrams, performing inspections, troubleshooting electrical issues, and ensuring all work complies with local codes and safety regulations. The Electrician will diagnose and resolve electrical faults, perform routine maintenance, and document work performed. The role also involves communicating with customers and team members, providing clear explanations of work, and maintaining a clean, organized job site.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in electricity principles and safe electrical practices.
• Hands-on experience with electrical work, including installations and system upgrades.
• Skills in maintenance & repair of electrical systems, components, and equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues and identify effective solutions.
• Background in electrical engineering concepts or formal electrical training is beneficial.
• Relevant electrician license or certification in Florida (or ability to obtain, as required).
• Knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes, with a focus on safety and compliance.
• Ability to use hand and power tools, test instruments, and diagnostic equipment confidently.
• Reliable transportation to Cape Coral, FL job sites and ability to work on-site daily.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Physical ability to perform job tasks, including standing, lifting, climbing, and working in varied environments.
