Enterprise DevOps Platform Architect | 14+ years exp | Full Time

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise DevOps Platform Architect to own the architecture, governance, security, compliance, and lifecycle management of a large-scale enterprise DevOps toolchain. This role is ideal for a DevSecOps Architect, Enterprise DevOps Lead, or DevOps Toolchain Architect with deep hands-on expertise across GitHub Enterprise, CI/CD, JFrog Artifactory, security scanning tools, and container platforms.

The ideal candidate will drive platform architecture, proof-of-concepts (POCs), change management, disaster recovery, and upgrades while ensuring strict compliance with NERC-CIP and enterprise security standards.

• Own the enterprise DevOps toolchain architecture, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Administer and architect GitHub Enterprise, including repository management, RBAC, and onboarding automation.
• Design and manage enterprise CI/CD architecture and pipeline integration.
• Manage JFrog Artifactory (repository promotion, release management) and JFrog Xray.
• Implement and maintain security scanning using Coverity, Black Duck, and SRM.
• Architect and support OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Docker container platforms.
• Manage platform identity and access via LDAP, Active Directory, SSO, RBAC, and CyberArk.
• Ensure compliance with NERC-CIP, vulnerability management, and security audits.
• Lead platform upgrades, migrations, disaster recovery, and backups.
• Develop automation and tooling using Python, PowerShell, Shell, and YAML.
• Drive POCs, change management, and platform leadership across architecture initiatives.
• Integrate tools with Jira, ServiceNow, and LeanIX (optional/preferred).

• Proven experience as a DevOps Platform Architect, DevSecOps Architect, Enterprise DevOps Lead, or DevOps Toolchain Architect.
• Strong background in enterprise-scale toolchain ownership, governance, security, and compliance.
• Hands-on expertise with GitHub Enterprise, JFrog Artifactory/Xray, Coverity, Black Duck, OpenShift, Kubernetes, and CyberArk.
• Experience with NERC-CIP compliance and vulnerability management.
• Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, PowerShell, Shell, YAML).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills.
