  • Maintain accurate records of local permits and licenses for all owned businesses in the Alaska market.
  • Oversee office operations, including budgets, mail, shipping, Team Member events, kitchen and supply inventories, workplace design, and general upkeep in coordination with leadership and Property Management.
  • Support seasonal business activities, including planning, forecasting, reporting, offsites, and recognition events.
  • Coordinate administrative requirements for company vehicles, including licensing, registration, maintenance scheduling, and usage tracking.
  • Plan and coordinate logistics for team offsites and events, working with CSM on execution.
  • Track Promise to Place initiatives, manage donation requests, and coordinate donations in line with the strategy and budget.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders throughout the organization, provide reminders and follow-up, and help remove administrative barriers that could affect deadlines and commitments.
  • Provide administrative support to the local leadership team, including travel and expense coordination.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements accurately and on time while managing vendor relationships.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and implement best practices across the Alaska market in partnership with Pursuit’s Executive Administration team.

Required Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite, SharePoint, Teams, Zoom, Adobe, DocuSign, travel websites, and online research.
  • Experience supporting senior executives independently and working effectively with direct and remote leaders.
  • Strong problem-solving and resolution skills.
