Field Marketing Manager, Research Solutions - US East Region

For our client, we are seeking a Field Marketing Manager, Research Solutions - US East Region to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will drive regional field marketing strategy and activation across the East Region, with a strong focus on research customer engagement and demand creation. The position partners closely with Sales Leadership to prioritize accounts, shape local go-to-market execution, and convert strategic plans into targeted programs. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to generate pipeline, improve program performance, and support growth through effective cross-functional collaboration.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $115,000 – $183,900 annually

Responsibilities

• Own the East Region field activation plan and priorities
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to identify key customer segments and opportunities
• Translate go-to-market strategies into targeted local programs
• Use insights to allocate marketing resources effectively
• Lead local activation efforts to create opportunities across research customers
• Monitor program performance and recommend adjustments as needed
• Execute events and account-based marketing programs in priority territories
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing, business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in sales, field marketing, or related roles in life sciences
• Proven ability to partner with Sales for demand generation and pipeline growth
• Strong understanding of life sciences research customers and laboratory workflows
• Ability to analyze CRM and market data for actionable insights
• Excellent communication and project management skills in a matrixed environment
• Experience in flow cytometry or related technologies preferred
