We’re Hiring | Front of House Manager – Goodies HTX

As we prepare for the grand opening of Goodies HTX, an elevated Southern dining experience in the heart of Downtown Houston, we’re searching for an exceptional Front of House Manager to join our leadership team.

We’re not simply looking for someone to manage a dining room. We’re looking for a hospitality professional who understands the art of service, leads with intention, and has a genuine passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences.

Our ideal candidate brings:

3–5+ years of experience in upscale or fine-dining hospitality

A proven background in front-of-house leadership and team development

A strong understanding of elevated service standards, guest relations, and restaurant operations

The ability to train, inspire, and hold a team accountable to excellence

A passion for hospitality that goes beyond the basics of service
