We are partnering with a top-tier Japanese building materials manufacturer known worldwide for its cutting-edge, high-performance ceramic rainscreen cladding systems. They are rapidly expanding their footprint across North America and are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead growth in the U.S. Northeast territory.

Total Compensation: Up to $138,000+ / year(Base: $110,000 – $115,000 + Up to 20% Annual Performance Bonus)

Location: Full Remote based within assigned U.S. territory: ME, NH, VT, MA, CT, RI, or NY (Greater Boston Area strongly preferred).

Who We Are Looking For:

• Based in Greater Boston or the New England / Northeast territory.
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in building materials, construction supplies, or commercial/residential distribution.
• Exterior cladding or architectural Spec-in experience is not required—full product, technical, and specification training will be provided.
• Demonstrated success in managing contractor, builder, or dealer accounts with a hands-on, consultative approach.
