Full Stack Engineer

Role Requirements

• Hiring for a founding engineer to work closely with the CTO.
• Role involves building a self-learning agent and expanding product scope to manage go-to-market strategies.

Candidate Requirements

• Open to candidates with 1-2 years of experience; new grads with relevant internships are considered.
• Must be experienced in React and Python; startup experience is a strong preference.

What you’ll own

• Production AI agents: Build LLM orchestration, conversation flows, tool use, and voice capabilities. Debug failures and improve how agents perform with real customers.
• The customer experience: Ship React interfaces, interactive demos, and Python backend systems. Turn customer feedback into features you own from idea through production.
• Quality and reliability: Develop evaluations, test sets, regression checks, and agent versioning. Make practical architecture decisions as the product grows.

What you bring

• 1–5 years of full-stack engineering experience at a VC-backed B2B SaaS startup with paying customers.
• Strong React and Python skills, with hands-on ownership across frontend and backend.
• Experience shipping customer-facing AI agents into production at a startup.
• The ability to explain how you evaluated those agents: test sets, failure analysis, quality measures, and improvements.
• Strong frontend and UX judgment, with examples of customer-facing products you built.
• An undergraduate degree in Computer Science.
• Comfort taking an unclear problem, making decisions, and shipping a reliable solution.

Experience at a sales technology startup is a plus.
