Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the TELE unit, including assessment and monitoring of vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team regarding patient care plans and updates.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans for patients.
• Conduct health assessments and assist in patient education regarding medication and health management.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and initiate appropriate intervention to ensure patient safety.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) acceptable.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a telemetry or critical care setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
• Strong understanding of telemetry monitoring and related protocols.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
