We are seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Corporate Hospitality Recruiter & Trainer to lead talent acquisition, onboarding, booking operations, and ongoing professional development for our expanding Chicago corporate services team.

In this multifaceted role, you will champion our Academy for Hospitality Arts (AHA) standards—attracting top-tier corporate front-of-house talent, matching them to client needs, and equipping them with the skills, discretion, and polished execution required for premier corporate headquarters, executive lounges, and high-end workplace environments.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
  • Retirement: 401(k) retirement plan
  • Health & Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage

Our Culture & Core Values

At HMG+, we believe that exceptional hospitality starts from within. We cultivate a supportive, inclusive, and high-touch work environment where every team member is empowered to grow, lead, and succeed.

  • People-First Mentality: We invest in our team's professional development through continuous coaching, mentorship, and structured training programs.
  • Collaboration & Respect: We foster a culture of mutual respect, teamwork, and shared success across all levels of our organization.
  • Excellence & Innovation: We embrace modern technology (like our proprietary scheduling platform, Giggo) while honoring the timeless art of genuine, gracious workplace hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Sourcing & Vetting: Drive full-lifecycle recruitment for corporate hospitality and workplace experience professionals (including corporate receptionists, executive concierge hosts, conference services coordinators, workplace experience ambassadors, and event specialists) across the Chicago market.
  • Network Building: Cultivate deep local talent pipelines through corporate hospitality networks, career centers, professional associations, and digital channels.
  • Screening & Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and practical evaluations to ensure candidates align with our high standards of professional discretion, corporate etiquette, poise, and communication.

Staff Booking & Operations

  • Scheduling & Dispatch: Manage day-to-day staff booking and scheduling operations for client requests, ensuring optimal shift coverage and talent allocation across Chicago corporate accounts.
  • Shift Matching: Leverage our proprietary client and scheduling platform (Giggo) to review staffing requirements, match the right talent to specific client cultures, and confirm shift assignments.
  • Client & Talent Liaison: Serve as a key operational point of contact for active shifts, managing real-time staffing adjustments, confirmations, and communication between corporate clients and field personnel.

Training & Development (AHA Integration)

  • Onboarding & AHA Curriculum: Deliver comprehensive orientation and training programs grounded in our Academy for Hospitality Arts (AHA) framework, shaping individuals into elite workplace ambassadors who master corporate etiquette, high-tech conference room support, and VIP guest relations.
  • Skill Development: Conduct hands-on workshops, client-service training sessions, and continuous education to elevate team performance in corporate environment management and executive support.
  • Quality Assurance: Partner with corporate operations and account managers to evaluate staff performance on-site, identifying ongoing training opportunities to ensure flawless service delivery for enterprise clients.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in corporate hospitality, executive concierge services, workplace experience management, staffing coordination, corporate recruiting, or training (luxury hotel front desk or corporate office services experience strongly preferred).
  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Core Competencies: Exceptional interpersonal communication, public speaking, coaching, organizational skills, multi-tasking, and professional discretion.
  • Mission Alignment: A genuine passion for mentoring others, elevating the modern workplace experience, and fostering an inclusive, high-touch team culture.
  • Flexibility: Ability to support standard corporate business hours with occasional flexibility for special corporate evening events or training sessions as operational needs require.
