Job Description
Drive residential HVAC replacement and service sales by assessing customer comfort needs, recommending appropriate heating and cooling solutions, and presenting clear proposals and financing options. Leverage a strong brand presence, marketing leads, and support from technical teams to close sales and help ensure a seamless installation experience.
Key duties
- Conduct in-home evaluations to understand customer needs and comfort goals
- Recommend HVAC system options and explain benefits and fit
- Prepare and present proposals, including financing alternatives
- Coordinate with technical teams to support a smooth install process
- Maintain a safety-first, customer-focused approach throughout the sales cycle
- Proven sales ability with strong consultative communication
- Comfort troubleshooting customer concerns and translating them into solutions
- Ability to present pricing, proposals, and financing clearly
- Customer service mindset and professionalism
- Willingness to learn HVAC product knowledge and participate in training
