Registered Nurse – Critical Care (ICU)
Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to critically ill patients in the ICU by performing comprehensive assessments, managing complex therapies, and monitoring patient status to support optimal outcomes.

- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop/implement nursing care plans
- Manage complex critical care treatments and therapies, ensuring safety and quality
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and optimize outcomes
- Support patients and families through education, advocacy, and compassionate communication
- Uphold mission-driven values of respect and service while delivering patient-centered care
- Current RN licensure
- Strong critical care nursing skills and clinical judgment
- Ability to manage high-acuity patients and complex therapies
- Effective communication, teamwork, and advocacy for patients and families
