Job Description

Infusion Therapy & Clinical Operations Coordinator

Coordinate infusion therapy services within a neurology practice, including patient scheduling, medication procurement, insurance authorization, and referral management.
Communicate with patients to support care coordination, ensure understanding of next steps, and address service needs.
Support clinical operations by performing or assisting with lab draws and IV starts, as applicable to scope and training.
Handle triage and related documentation to maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records.
Monitor and maintain necessary clinical supplies to ensure uninterrupted treatment readiness.
Maintain compliance with clinical documentation and privacy requirements.

Key Qualifications & Skills

Strong organizational and multitasking skills for coordinating multiple care components.
Knowledge of insurance authorization processes and referral coordination.
Comfort with clinical tasks such as lab draws and IV starts (within approved training/scope).
Excellent patient communication and attention to detail in documentation.
