This is outbound calling into the US market. You will speak to people who did not ask to hear from you, so the job is earning thirty seconds and then earning the next five minutes — not reading a script. Success is a booked discovery call that the prospect actually shows up to, and the senior team taking it forward. We will give you the list, the positioning and the training; you bring resilience and a genuine interest in the person on the other end.

What you’ll do
- Make outbound calls to US small and mid-market businesses from prepared, compliant contact lists
- Open the conversation credibly, understand what the business is trying to build, and decide quickly whether we can help
- Book qualified discovery calls into the calendars of our senior consultants, and make sure they happen
- Run structured follow-up by phone and email across a multi-touch sequence rather than one call and out
- Log every call outcome and every objection in the CRM — the notes are how the next conversation starts well
- Feed what you hear on calls back into positioning and targeting; you are closest to the market
- Respect Do Not Call requests immediately and permanently, and work only from lists cleared for outbound
- Experience cold-calling the US market, or comparable international voice sales experience
- Clear, neutral spoken English that a US listener follows without effort
- Genuinely comfortable working the night shift, long term — this is not a rotating roster
- Resilience: most calls end quickly, and the next one still needs your full attention
- CRM discipline, and honesty about pipeline. An inflated forecast helps nobody

- Sold IT services, SaaS or software development before
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Zoho or Salesforce
- Experience with a sales engagement tool such as Outreach, Apollo or Salesloft
