Inside Sales Representative

Role Description: This is a Part-time, remote Inside Sales Representative role based in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. The Inside Sales Representative will manage inbound and outbound sales activities, including responding to inquiries, qualifying leads, and nurturing prospects for commercial real estate opportunities. Daily responsibilities include generating and following up on leads, maintaining accurate records in the CRM, supporting account management efforts, and collaborating with brokers to schedule meetings and property tours. The role also involves providing timely, professional customer service, preparing basic sales materials, and contributing to ongoing outreach campaigns. This position requires consistent on-site collaboration with the team and clear communication with clients and partners.

• Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities.
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build relationships, respond to inquiries, and support a positive client experience.
• Account Management abilities to track opportunities, follow up consistently, and support long-term client relationships.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, including professional phone and email etiquette.
• Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced commercial real estate environment within the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex.
• Basic proficiency with CRM software and standard office tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
• Prior experience in sales, real estate, or a related client-focused field is preferred but not required.
• Pursuing an undergraduate degree and/or pursuing a career in commercial real estate sales.
