Inside Sales Representative

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established industrial distribution company in Jacksonville to identify an Inside Sales Representative. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional who enjoys building customer relationships, solving problems, and contributing directly to business growth.

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Compensation: $50,000 Base Salary + Variable Compensation Opportunities

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in traffic
• Prepare accurate quotes including product specifications, pricing, and lead times
• Follow up on open quotes, orders, backorders, and customer requests
• Partner with purchasing and vendors to source products and improve margins
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
• Support outside sales representatives with pricing, availability, and order status

Qualifications

• Previous inside sales experience in industrial, manufacturing, construction, distribution, or a related environment preferred
• Comfortable working with pricing, margins, and product sourcing
• Experience with ERP systems preferred
• Exposure to purchasing, vendor management, industrial supplies, is a plus
