International Sales Representative

Company Description Hands Craft is a high-growth company focused on selling Kid Adult DIY Hobby products globally. The organization is based in Los Angeles but these positions will be based in the local markets.

Role Description This is a remote, commission based role for an International Sales Representative. The role involves identifying and qualifying international prospects in your respective country, conducting outbound outreach, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. The International Sales Representative will build and maintain relationships with key distributors, prepare and deliver virtual and in-person sales presentations, and negotiate commercial terms in alignment with company guidelines. The role includes collaborating closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to tailor solutions to regional needs, and provide regular performance and market feedback. The individual in this role is expected to work independently, manage multiple accounts across different channels, and consistently meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in any of the following countries will be considered: UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Nordic Countries or Eastern Europe.
• Strong international sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing
• Comfortable with the local language and customs.
• Knowledgeable about the toy and hobby businesses.
• Experience with account management and relationship building across diverse cultures and time zones
• Solid negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
• Comfort working in a remote, start-up environment with limited structure and evolving processes
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in international or B2B contexts
• Relevant experience in technology, software, or other innovation-driven industries is beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or equivalent practical experience
