IT Application Manager

The Role

• Lead application teams in delivering technology for critical business processes, system integrations, and global IT ecosystems.

• Collaborate with business partners and product owners to align technology solutions with overarching business strategies.

• Oversee the evaluation, selection, implementation, and incremental release processes for new IT solutions.

• Guide team professional development, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.

• Ensure proper system monitoring, performance measurement, and incident management protocols are maintained.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of experience in information technology or product and project management.

• 3+ years of experience in complex implementations using project management and software development methodologies, alongside leading technology or cross-functional project teams.

• Certification in at least one Epic admin-level application.

What's On Offer

• Annual salary of $99,300 – $198,700 per year.
