IT Manager

The Role

• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals to provide innovative technical support for large-scale logistics and fulfillment operations.

• Oversee the deployment and maintenance of robust IT infrastructure, including networking, hardware, and mobile computing systems across multiple facilities.

• Manage day-to-day technical operations, ensuring high service levels and effective troubleshooting for both human and automated systems.

• Collaborate with operational leadership to drive continuous improvement, process development, and the successful launch of new infrastructure projects.

• Foster a safe, productive, and inclusive work environment while managing equipment inventory and departmental policies.

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of experience in technical team management within IT infrastructure, service management, or business operations.

• Strong knowledge of networking principles, desktop technology, and proven methods for delivering technical solutions.

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time to support various operational sites.
