About The Role

Flexzo is seeking an IT Manager to build and maintain the technology foundation that supports its AI-first operations. In this role, you will oversee internal infrastructure, security, business systems, and technology assets so that a distributed team can work effectively and securely. You will collaborate with engineering, strategy, and growth teams to ensure internal technology supports company priorities and evolving operational needs.

AI use is a core expectation across Flexzo roles. You will apply AI tools in your daily work to support infrastructure monitoring, troubleshooting, security reviews, automation, and quality assurance. The position is fully remote and follows an Eastern Time work schedule of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, including holidays, with a rotating weekend schedule. Candidates may be based in locations including the Philippines, India, Pakistan, and South Africa.

Qualifications

Candidates should have three to seven years of experience in IT management, systems administration, or technical operations. You should be comfortable managing cloud environments on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and have a sound understanding of security practices, identity and access management, and business technology systems.

Strong scripting and automation skills, including experience with Python, Shell, or similar tools, are important. You should be able to use AI-enabled workflows to improve the speed and quality of your work, exercise sound judgment in a fast-moving environment, and communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues. Familiarity with AI implementation engineering or software development is an advantage. Experience with Google Workspace, Figma, Canva, and document management tools is also useful.

Responsibilities

Design, administer, and improve cloud infrastructure and SaaS systems that support AI development, deployment, and company operations. Establish and maintain security controls that safeguard Flexzo’s internal systems, proprietary workflows, and sensitive client information. Monitor infrastructure, manage access, and support security reviews, audits, and incident response.

Identify opportunities to automate internal processes, business solutions, and CRM or CMS workflows to reduce repetitive work and operational overhead. Use AI tools in day-to-day activities such as troubleshooting, network planning, security analysis, scripting, and quality assurance. Partner with teams across the company to align technology decisions with delivery requirements and business milestones. Manage the procurement, setup, maintenance, and tracking of hardware and software for a global remote workforce, and provide dependable technical support as needs arise.

Benefits

The expected annual base salary is USD 8,000 to USD 15,000, with a potential yearly performance bonus of 0% to 50% of base salary. Compensation depends on experience, portfolio or work history, and demonstrated performance.
