We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Field Support IT Technician in Nebraska to provide onsite technical support and troubleshooting services at client locations. This is a freelance, on-demand opportunity, ideal for IT professionals seeking flexible assignments based on service requests.

• Provide onsite technical support to end users at client locations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Perform basic hardware replacements, equipment setup, and IT maintenance.
• Troubleshoot operating systems, peripherals, and workstation-related issues.
• Document completed tasks, troubleshooting steps, and service outcomes.
• Communicate professionally with clients and end users in both English and Spanish.
• Follow technical instructions and meet service requirements within the assigned timeframe.

• Previous experience in IT support, field services, desktop support, or a similar technical role.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and basic networking.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to provide onsite support at client locations in Nebraska.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently.
• Must have the availability to accept assignments on demand.
