We are seeking an experienced IT Problem Management Analyst to drive root cause analysis, identify recurring production issues, and improve operational reliability within an enterprise IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and incident trend analysis.
• Identify systemic issues across applications and teams.
• Facilitate problem reviews and lessons-learned sessions.
• Track corrective actions and drive them through closure.
• Develop operational dashboards, reports, and actionable insights.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance reliability and resiliency.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in IT Problem Management and RCA.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with production operations, incident management, and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience in financial services and familiarity with process mining or automation are preferred.
