Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Cleveland. The Job Title will support Newark’s operations by collaborating with internal teams and customers to ensure efficient handling of orders, products, and services. Daily responsibilities may include coordinating with sales and support staff, maintaining accurate documentation and records, and using company systems and tools to manage workflow. The role involves communicating clearly with stakeholders, resolving issues promptly, and contributing to continuous improvement of processes. The Job Title will be expected to uphold Newark’s service standards, follow established procedures, and actively support team and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or equivalent) and comfort working with digital tools, databases, or ERP/CRM systems.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused and collaborative approach.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in processing information, documentation, and data entry.
• Ability to work on-site in Greater Cleveland, contributing positively to a diverse and inclusive team environment.
• Relevant experience in distribution, electronics, supply chain, customer service, or a related field is beneficial.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
