• Collaborate with development teams to design and optimize software and infrastructure solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or engineering role.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).

Technologies & Tools

The Junior Site Reliability Engineer will work with a variety of technologies and tools including but not limited to AWS for cloud services, Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration, as well as monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
