Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the monitoring and performance tuning of infrastructure and applications.

• Participate in incident response and troubleshooting, documenting issues and solutions.
• Automate repetitive processes through scripting and other tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Help in capacity planning and system scaling to meet growing demands.
• Support the deployment and maintenance of cloud environments.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation related to systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• In-depth understanding of Linux/Unix systems administration.
• Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, etc.).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a keen attention to detail.
