• Assist in the development of automations for deployment, configuration, and management of services.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide support for critical incidents.
• Document processes, architectures, and components to facilitate knowledge sharing among teams.
• Contribute to improving and refining service operations and incident response processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems and basic command line operations.
• Understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.
• Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and concepts of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
