Job Overview

The Lead Full Stack Developer - Cloud IAM is responsible for spearheading the development and implementation of secure Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. Job Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of comprehensive IAM solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and refine project requirements.
• Implement best practices for software development, including continuous integration and deployment.
• Ensure security standards and practices are incorporated into the software development life cycle.
• Conduct code reviews and mentorship for junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing and skill enhancement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to applications and cloud services as needed.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in IAM, cloud technologies, and related software tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full stack development.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficient in programming languages including JavaScript, Python, and Java.
• Experience in IAM protocols, SSO, and directory services.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Technologies & Tools
