- Schedule in-home appointments with comfort advisors based on qualified leads.
- Represent the services accurately and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Consistently meet established daily and weekly lead goals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a confident, approachable demeanor.
- Professionalism and reliability in customer interactions.
- Ability to identify needs, qualify leads, and convert conversations into appointments.
- Comfort working toward clear performance metrics.
