Litigation Associate - Med Mal Practice / PI Defense

We are seeking a dedicated Med Mal defense litigation senior associate with 3-5+ years of experience. This in-office position requires a minimum of 4 days per week initially, with the possibility of transitioning to a remote schedule of 3-4 days per week. This role presents a tremendous leadership and partnership opportunity as retiring partners transition their practices to younger attorneys.

• Extensive experience in defending medical malpractice cases from start to finish is required. (No prior plaintiff’s lawyers)
• Full file responsibility and trial experience are preferable.
• Ability to handle a dynamic workload and stay engaged full-time.

The salary range for this associate position is $115,000-$125,000+, with an associate bonus program. Average bonuses, contingent on performance, are approximately $10,000. We offer excellent benefits and may provide some flexibility on salary for the right candidate with additional experience.
